Are you feeling exhausted?

Definition of busyness – the state or condition of having a great deal to do, the quality of being excessively detailed or decorated.

There comes a time in most peoples lives when you feel exhausted.  We live in a world that is constantly moving, being busy seems to be very important but what if it’s not that important. What if at the end of all the busyness there just is nothing but exhaustion?

Being a mum, dad, daughter, son, part of a big family or a little family – it doesn’t matter what size or shape your family is there is always something going on, we are dealing with people and people always have things going on.

What do you do to combat this exhaustion? Well we rarely find the time for ourselves but when we do find it we are sitting on a couch watching TV and eating whatever we don’t have to cook. Not that there’s anything wrong with that – we’ve all been there!

What if we just took some time out in the quiet. What if we turned all the electronics off and just sat still for five minutes to let our brain be still.  If having nothing on is too much maybe try some meditation or music.
