Time for a Break

Is it time for a break yet? That overwhelming feeling that it’s all becoming too much and you just need to stop and get away from it all.
Find yourself somewhere quiet, indoors or outdoors and just stop for 5 minutes and just focus on your breathing. Let the world pass on by while you catch your breath. Put the headphones on and listen to the play list from yesterday or your own.
