It’s New Year Eve and you’ll be thinking about all those resolutions from last year that didn’t work out … or maybe they did?

Studies show that the beginning of change such as the New Year is an opportunity for us to behave in line with the new and positive self image of our ourselves. It also helps if we are in a different routine or surroundings such as holidays away or at home.
