What is Wellness?

Wellness is made up of so many factors:

Emotional – our feelings such as love, hope, joy, happiness, anger, fear, sadness or stress and understanding the challenges life can bring. 

Environmental – the impact of the environment and our lifestyle.

Financial – how to manage our finances.

Intellectual – encountering new things and gaining new knowledge.

Occupational – personal satisfaction and enrichment through work.

Physical – maintaining a physically healthy body.

Social – your support network.

Spiritual – your set of values that give your life purpose and meaning.
